What is day-of stationery?

Day-of wedding stationery includes items like wedding programs, wedding menu cards, place cards, table numbers, and seating chart. It’s all of the paper pieces needed on your wedding day to welcome, inform, guide your guests. From welcome baskets tags to seating chart, you can order all matching pieces of stationery you need for your big day.

Here is an non-exhaustive list of wedding day-of paper goods you may consider for your big day:

Wedding Programs:  A wedding program gives guests information to guide them through the wedding ceremony. It traditionally outlines the proceedings and includes the names of everyone participating in the ceremony. It’s usually presented as a leaflet or booklet but can take many other forms: fans for a summer wedding for example.

Wedding Menu Cards:  are usually presented on each plate for each guest to share the details of dinner. 

Wedding Place Cards: direct guests to their seats at a table and are placed at each guests’ place setting. They also include a meal icon to help the catering staff get the right entree for each guest. 

Wedding Seating Chart: helps your guests to find at which table they will be seated. 

Wedding Table Numbers/Names: Wedding table numbers help guests find their table at the wedding dinner.

Signage: Signage is used to welcome, and guide your guests through the wedding venue. Usually, a welcome sign is placed at the entry of the venue for example, but signage can be used in many ways. Signature Cocktails sign, Photobooth sign… are a few examples.
